As a practitioner of Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology, I work with the powerful connection between the body, mind, and spirit to uncover and clear the deeper causes of physical symptoms and emotional stress.
Drawing on the foundations of traditional kinesiology and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this gentle yet transformative modality uses muscle reflex testing to access the subconscious—where your beliefs, emotions, memories, and energetic imprints are stored. By identifying energetic blockages and emotional imbalances, we activate your body’s natural ability to heal, shift long-held patterns, and restore harmony on all levels.

All Kinesiology sessions are 90 minute face-to-face appointments.
