Refund Policy

FOR SESSIONS:

You will receive a full refund if you let me know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment with me.  You are able to reschedule or cancel your session using the button in your confirmation email up to 3 days prior to your session.

Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or a "no show", will not receive a refund.  You will receive an invoice for the rescheduled/cancelled session if it was not prepaid.

In case of a short notice emergency, please call 0424 090 515 and leave a voice mail or a text message if needed.  Michelle will get back to you as soon as possible.

FOR GROUP MEDITATIONS:

You will receive a full refund if you let me know at least 7 days prior to your group meditation.  You are able to reschedule or cancel your booking using the button in your confirmation email up to 14 days prior to your session.

Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 7 days notice, or a "no show", will not receive a refund. 

In case of a short notice emergency, please call Michelle on 0424 090 515 and leave a voice mail or a text message if needed.  Michelle will get back to you as soon as possible.
